ABOUT ME
I am a Military wife, mother of 2 and a perpetual optimist.
I set up Core Transformation to fulfil my ambition of helping people make the most of their potential. I believe no-one should live at less than 100% of this potential, however, we can often be knocked off course by unexpected bumps in the road such as injuries or life changes.
I have over a decade’s worth of experience treating both sporting and non-sporting injuries, soldiers, veterans, athletes and actors. As I have changed over this time, so have my services, I have added to my skillset to better serve my patient’s needs. As well as injury rehabilitation, I now include Women’s Health, Pilates, Menopause advise and Golf Swing screening. All these reflect my interests so you can guarantee I will be empathetic, knowledgeable and professional during your treatment.
Fitness and sport are at the very centre of my life. You will often find me competing in trail and road running events, triathlons as well as cross terrain adventure racing. I am a keen golfer having played at county level for many years. I will always give anything a go which is why, having no previous skiing experience, I was part of the first all-female team to cross-country ski across the Hardangervidda Plateau in Norway following the Heroes of Telemark WW2 route; and I have another expedition planned for horse riding across the Andes.
